The Alaska Historical Society is interested in hearing from you. If you have ideas for furthering the interests of Alaska's heritage, let us know. We welcome your suggestions for Society functions, legislative initiatives, and for our publications, Alaska History and Alaska History News. Also, if you have a question regarding Society matters, we will try to answer it.

One thing, though; we ask for your understanding. The AHS is a volunteer organization. We have jobs and families, and so our responses may not show up in your e-mail inbox the next time you check. We will read the mail, however. We'll respond to your questions and give your comments and suggestions serious consideration. We may respond to ask for clarification. And if you have an idea on how the Society might work better or provide another service, don't be surprised if you get a message asking if you would be willing to do some of the work for the improvement. That's how all-volunteer organizations work. (Just ask the website editor!)
